Return & Refund Policy
Ready-to-Wear Items
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date your item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

unworn and unused

in the same condition as received

free of stains, odors, or damage

returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required. This may include an order confirmation email, invoice, or paper receipt.
Once your return request is approved and the item is received, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes made-to-measure garments, custom prom gowns, and any items created specifically to a client’s measurements or design preferences. Due to the personalized nature of custom work and materials sourced specifically for each order, refunds are not offered once production has begun.
Revisions or adjustments may be offered if needed, at the discretion of the designer.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Canceling order
If you would like to cancel your order, Make sure to do so within 30 mins of purchase and refund will be processed accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for ready-to-wear items only within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
Custom orders are not eligible for exchanges, as they are made specifically to the client’s measurements and design preferences. Revisions may be offered for custom pieces if needed.
Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
